Within our internal organization, we distinguish 2 tasks:
- Internal systems design and management
- Consultation projects for clients
Internal systems design includes all tasks that relate to us. Here we look at ourselves:
at our positioning, our brand, our market presence, public relations, recruiting the best people, the structure and organization of knowledge, the design of management systems, the payment and incentive models, the management of operational and dispositive processes.
The real value creation process, however, takes place in the projects for our clients. All of our Chief Executive Students are themselves also involved in projects. Students employed in part-time work mostly project-oriented.
