Students' Vision as a stepping stone into practice.

With an assignment for Students' Vision, businesses and organizations come into contact with a student who is carefully selected and trained by Students' Vision for working as a Junior Management Consultant.

It is part of our business model that most of these performers will transfer to the industry after graduation, i.e., after working for Students' Vision for approximately 2 to 3 years. It stands to reason that they choose a permanent position with a company that they have previously encountered as a consultant.

Our consulting agreement with the client does not include a non-solicitation clause. We are glad when our clients want to hire our consultants, as we have then met one of our important goals, to provide students and companies with a significant benefit. But since we then have to fill the vacancy and invest in new staff, the hiring company pays a fee to Students' Vision which is cheap by market comparison.
